ABC Cleaning Services Is a professional family run carpet and upholstery cleaning business. We have been trading for more than fifteen years in the industry. We have many trusted customers who continue to allow us to clean and maintain their carpets and upholstery frequently. Due to many years in the industry we know a broad variety of different methods and techniques to assure the best possible result is achieved.
Our Equipment
We use a truck mounted machine therefore upon arrival we only bring into the property our hoses and chemicals. Our cleaning machine is mounted into the back of our van. A truck mount can clean at a much higher temperature and higher pressure. Due to this it increases the agitation of the fibres and extraction of bacteria therefore a better clean is achieved.
Compared to the machines which are wheeled into your home; a truck mount can provide us a consistent flow of hot steam and water and strong suction which provides the best and fastest drying times currently available. Once we are in your property we do not need any electricity or water as all our equipment and water is in the van.
Customer Satisfaction
We pride ourselves on professionalism and customer satisfaction . We always explain to the customer before we start or upon our quote the likely result of the clean. We are honest therefore If a customer expects something which we believe is not do able we will discuss this with them before starting. A clear understanding of the method and results will also be explained to the customer. If you are not happy with service provided we will redo it free of charge.

We also have a selection of high quality services which we offer ; all our technicians are fully insured and fully trained to the nationwide carpet care cleaning standards. We are also more than happy to give free advice on any cleaning methods if they seem unclear. We have a minimum call out charge of £60.00
